Feedback from Graduates Who Have Moved on to Elementary School
Since the opening of HAPPY HORIZONS in 2014, the first cohort of children, who were only one year old at the time, have now graduated after five years. The graduation ceremony was full of emotion, as children who had been with us since their infancy said goodbye. Graduates who have moved on to elementary school have started asking, “Can you create a HAPPY HORIZONS elementary school?” This sentiment has inspired us to continue nurturing their educational journey.
HAPPY HORIZONS is more than just a school—it’s a place that feels like a second home. Through project-based learning, children continue to grow and learn in a familiar, supportive environment with teachers they know and trust.
To meet the needs of our graduates and continue supporting their development, HAPPY HORIZONS ACADEMY opened in 2019. In this new phase, we continue to engage children in project-based activities, especially in an English immersion environment.
When children finish a full day of school, they can feel tired and overwhelmed, especially if they are required to follow a strict curriculum during after-school care. At HAPPY HORIZONS ACADEMY, we focus on helping children relax and unwind before engaging them in fun and enriching activities. Rather than focusing on structured tasks, we give children the time they need to rest and recover.
Our after-school program emphasizes activities that children enjoy and can immerse themselves in. We believe that the best learning happens when children are having fun and are excited about what they are doing.
